How do we navigate across today’s complex global landscape? I believe we need to focus on three things:

- Inspiring others to create more, achieve more and be more.
This means we need to be excellent communicators.
I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals through powerful and productive communication. I believe we can change the world through positive, constructive, self-aware communication. We can build bridges, avoid conflict, become better leaders, and empower others.
To do that, I use my 25 years’ experience as an expat on two continents, exploring, learning, teaching and consulting. I’m a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, Canada) and have a background in auditing, project management, financial services and operational management.
I have worked with thousands of professionals around the world, and dozens of companies from DAX 30s, European banking institutions and regulatory organizations to privately owned conglomerates. I have worked across borders, across functions and across industries.

My experience and expertise as an external auditor with a Big 4 firm and an internal auditor at a bank in Canada uniquely position me to consult with Audit teams on how to deliver results to the business more effectively and develop high-functioning audit teams. Whether it’s reporting or presenting, negotiating or interviewing – communication skills are essential to meeting your stakeholders’ needs.
Empowering Women
Working with women to help them realize their dreams is another passion of mine. I regularly speak to Women’s groups about succeeding in business, starting a business, increasing their profiles, and communicating with the Board and senior executives. My aim is to provide women with opportunities to develop new strategies, tools, and resources. When women are successful, we are all successful.

I am a TDf certified instructor and facilitator working with professionals and leadership teams of 20 and more. Together we explore individual perception and communication styles and how we can make wiser choices and support each other better.
Toastmaster
I am a proud Toastmaster, having achieved Competent Communicator Bronze and Competent Leadership Bronze awards at the Heidelberg International Toastmasters Club in Germany. It was my honor to be an Officer in my club from 2014 through 2020, including being club President in 2018-19. Toastmasters is where public speaking is nurtured, and leadership emerges and thrives.
